Epic Pet Wars was an online/phone/Facebook game that attracted a community of over 25,000 players before it was discontinued in 2011. In 2009, shortly after launching the game, the developers held a background artwork contest in which I won 2nd Place. Two of my backgrounds were integrated into the live version of the game and available to players via a special promotional code.
